What does the support & growth plan include?+
Hosting, backups, security updates, content changes, new pages and landing pages as you need them, local SEO work (Google Business Profile, reviews, service-area pages) and a monthly report on calls, forms and cost per lead.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any month. Maintenance, SEO campaigns and advertising are priced separately from the website build; most clients stay because the monthly report shows what the site brings in.
How fast do you respond?+
Within one business day, and same day for anything that affects calls or bookings — forms, phone links, booking widgets or the site being down.
Can you support a site you did not build?+
Yes, after a short technical audit. We take over WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and Next.js sites and fix the basics first: speed, mobile issues, broken forms and tracking.
Do you do local SEO?+
Yes. Local SEO is the core of the growth plan: Google Business Profile optimization, review requests, service and city pages, citations and technical SEO, tracked in Search Console and GA4.
